At AVA of Norway, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality pressure washers and accessories. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all products, including nozzles and hoses, are placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to AVA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
